Cancellation Policy

All Appointments Are Required to have a $30 Deposit in order to book appointments. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. If deposit is not paid ,Appointment is not final and someone can rebook it The same day ! Late /Cancel policy: Please arrive at given appointment time or no more than 10mins before scheduled appointments.There is a 15 min grace period after appointment time ,after 15 mins there’s a $10 late fee each additional 5mins After the grace period is another $1 along with late fee. After 35 mins of your appointment with or without communication , appointment will be canceled . When canceling please be sure to do so within 48hrs Before appointments .Any cancellations made on Day of appointment will have a cancellation fee of 100% of service . If you are a no call no show you will no longer be able to book with me ! If You are a no call /no show pleas be aware full service charge will be mandatory if there’s is no communication. If you canceled more than twice within the 24hrs term you will be banned . If You are a no call no show one time you will be banned. If you can not communicate with proper language or show the respect that you are receiving you will be banned - thank you and hope to see you soon !💗
